SANFORD, Fla. — A witness with a camera caught a homeless man being punched by a Sanford police lieutenant’s son, who was never arrested or charged for the incident.

In the video, the homeless man is seen trying to break up a fight when the police officer’s son, Justin Collison, the Assailant sneaks up from behind and punches the man in the back of the head.

However, Collison was not finished. He took a few steps and slammed another bar patron to the ground.

“Justin! Justin! What the f*** are you doing? Justin, get off him!” Collison’s friend said in the video.

Then a unknown officer arrives and places the Assailant into his police car. The Police officer proceeds pacing around the knocked out victim seeming not knowing what to do. Its quite a long time as seen in the video and I am puzzled that nothing seems to be done for this injured knocked out homeless guy.

As anyone can clearly see when your a Lieutenant’s son you can get away with anything! It sure looks that way?

But to this day, more than three weeks after the fight, Collison has not been been arrested or charged by the State Attorney’s Office or the Sanford Police Department, where his father is a lieutenant.

Deputy pleads no contest after suspected DUI crash

A Volusia County sheriff’s deputy who police said struck a South Daytona patrol car while driving drunk has pleaded no contest to a reduced charge.

John Harvey, 51, who works in the Sheriff’s Office civil section, hit the cruiser at 2:33 a.m. Aug. 29 in the 900 block of Big Tree Road, causing a “minor crash,” then drove several blocks before pulling over, according to the arrest report.

Corrections Officer Arrested In Undercover Drug Bust

POLK COUNTY (Bay News 9) — Deputies have arrested a Department of Corrections correctional officer after they said she attempted to purchase prescription drugs from an undercover detective on Monday.

According to reports, Deborah Frisina, 51, met the undercover detective in the parking lot of a Winghouse restaurant in Lakeland to purchase the drug Diazepam without a prescription.
